🧰 Construction Notes:
This is an advanced fabrication project — not for beginners.
You must know how to weld and work with aluminum.
Includes a tab-and-slot design to help align:
Transom to hull bottom
Sides to transom
All dimensions are in Millimeters.
 
🪵 Recommended Materials:
We recommend 5052 aluminum for best results.
Other grades can be used, but please note:
Marine-grade aluminum costs more
Some alloys are harder to bend or weld
 
Approximate material requirements (may vary):
1 x 1.2m x 2.4m x 4.7mm 
3 x 1.2m x 2.4m x 2.54mm
 
These quantities will leave extra material for brackets, dash panels, and small parts.
